Overview
High-productivity twin-spindle, 5-axis CNC machining center designed for serial production of complex precision components. Linear drives on the linear axes and direct-drive torque motors on the rotary axes deliver high dynamics and consistent repeatability, with a positioning accuracy of 8 µm. Two synchronized HSK 80 spindles, spaced at 500 mm, machine two parts simultaneously — each served by its own 30-tool magazine — making the platform particularly well suited to medium- and high-volume aerospace, automotive and precision-component production.
