The system combines laser-based cutting technology with a 6-axis industrial robot, enabling unit-of-one production with infinite geometric variance at industrial throughput.
Each aligner is processed individually based on patient-specific 3D data.
Automated 3D path planning ensures precise, repeatable trimming of complex and filigree contours without mechanical contact.
