An entire production line consists of
1 x the cleaning, flame,
1 x the primer station
1 x the respective conveyor belts between the stations.

receives the print jobs from the prepress department and controls the transport through the flame and the primer. In the flame station, the glass is flame-flamed with an open flame in the continuous process. This improves the uniformity of the surface tension of the glass, burns residues or dirt that has not been removed during washing and improves the adhesion of the primer with Silangas.
A buffer tape transports the glass to the primer station, where the adhesion promoter is sprayed onto the glass at high speed from four nozzles. Then the glass runs onto the long positioning tape, which serves on the one hand as a buffer in front of the printing press and at the same time aligns the glass perpendicularly in the exact XY direction for the printing press.


The electronic control of the 20-metre-long production line takes into account the format of the respective glass panes during the flame and prime and monitors their transport with sensors.
