Laboratory Twin Screw Extruder – Coperion ZSK 26 Mc18 (40 L/D) with a screw diameter of 26 mm

It features all characteristics of the ZSK Mc 18 series and is suitable both for formulation development and compound sampling as well as for the production of smaller compound quantities up to approx. 180 kg/h.

Compared to the previous model ZSK 26 Mc, the developed laboratory extruder allows throughput increases of up to 100 %, as the torque has been increased to 15 Nm/cm³.

The extruder is mobile and requires only limited space, as the control cabinet is integrated into the base frame. Heating and cooling systems are installed ready for operation (plug & play).
